Rental Information

$120/hour with a 2-hour minimum, +HST (PER GYMNASIUM)

We have TWO full-size gymnasiums available for rent. Our gymnasiums feature high quality hard wood flooring with sport lines for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and badminton.

If your gym event is more than five hours, or should you need more than 10 time slots, please advise our Facility Manager at the time of booking.

$75 per hour + HST

All rooms equipped with whiteboards, tables and chairs.

An AV cart with projector and speakers can be made available, additional cost of $40.

This large room is an excellent space for music recitals which comes equipped with music stands and foldin chairs. This room is also equipped with a grand piano. (Security deposit required.)

$75 per hour + HST

This room is equipped with lots of natural lighting, large tall tables & stools for sitting. Three wash sinks and a double whiteboard.

An AV cart with projector and speakers can be made available, additional cost of $50.

$75 per hour + HST

A well-lit space with large tables and a white board, this space is great for meetings or book clubs.

$200 + HST

Front foyer of the school + Junior gym for a three-hour time period. Rental includes:

• 30 minute set up prior to party

• 2 hour party time

• 30 minute clean up and exit time

• Use of table and chairs

• Limited use of sporting equipment

A rental supervisor will be onsite 5 minutes before your event to open doors and turn lights on.

They will stay 15 minutes afterwards to tidy up, should you have forgotten anything.

Summer dates are from July to August.
Fall to Spring are from September to June.

No food or drink is allowed in the gymnasiums.

No seeds or chewing tobacco are allowed on or near the back field.

As per Ontario Law, no smoking or vaping is allowed on anywhere on JKCS school property, including in your car.

Parking is available in our parking lot spaces ONLY.
No parking is allowed in the  roundabout or behind the school at any time.
No idling is allowed in any area around the school.

Notice for cancellations must be submitted by email to the rental coordinator seven (7) days in advance, otherwise full billing will occur.

Snow cancellations are decided by school personnel. When snow forces the cancellation of the facility use, the fee with be returned if an alternative date cannot be provided.

When rain forces cancellations of soccer field, the fee with be returned if an alternative date cannot be provided.
